We offer online test question papers for all four units based on the published learning outcomes relating to the Level 3 Property Mark technical awards for residential lettings as well as residential sales.

The tests are time sensitive allowing the candidate 30 minutes to take and complete each 20 question test.  The candidate can go back and amend their answers if they want to change their mind.

When the candidate confirms they have finished the test it will immediately give the score and advise whether the candidate successfully passed the exam.  The pass mark is 70% so at least fourteen questions must be answered correctly.

Following this the candidate has the opportunity to review the questions and answers to see where they may have gone wrong.  This will effectively enhance their learning experience.

We have two 20 question exams for each of the four qualification units at a cost of £18.00 each including VAT, so the candidate can opt to take as many or as few tests as they wish.

Please note that these exams do not apply to Northern Island or Scotland. Some questions may not apply to Wales.
