If you are ready to take this paper you will be familiar with the information needed to be obtained from and given to the landlord before and during the market appraisal including how supply and demand and other factors will influence the market appraisal figure. Knowledge will be required on housing benefit claims and payments, disability discrimination together with the processes and procedures for submitting offers, referencing and guarantors. In essence this module covers market appraisals, marketing and the process through to the tenant moving in.
