Legal Aspects of Letting and Management
If you are ready to take this paper you will be familiar with legislation relating specifically to residential lettings, this will encompass requirements under the Housing Act 1988 (as amended 1996) including the different types of tenancies, the Housing Act 2004 including HMO property, HHSRS and deposit protection. As well as how to bring tenancies to an end and elements of consumer legislation as it relates to lettings, plus (but not limited to) the landlord’s obligations regarding safety, repair and providing the tenant with information.
